Meet Dr. Mazmanyan
I started this practice because I believe the quality of your relationships shapes everything. Your confidence, your peace, your sense of who you are. Over the years, I've worked with individuals and couples navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives: breakups and reconnections, the same fight happening for the hundredth time, the slow realization that something from the past keeps showing up in the present.
Licensed clinical psychologist with PhD
Trained in psychodynamic and relational approaches

Philosophy
How we think about therapy
We believe that most of the problems people bring to therapy make more sense than they realize. The anxiety, the avoidance, the pattern of choosing the same kind of partner, the inability to set a boundary. These aren't random. They're responses that made sense at some point, and they keep running because they haven't been fully understood yet.
Our job is to help you see what's been operating underneath the surface. Not to tell you what to do, but to help you understand yourself well enough to make decisions that actually feel like yours.
That's what we mean by depth-oriented therapy. And in our experience, it's the kind of understanding that doesn't just help you solve this problem. It changes how you move through everything that comes after.
